OneEleven Privacy Policy

Last updated: Sep 2026

This policy explains what personal information OneEleven (111global.org / oneeleven.org) collects through our website, The Common Table, and our giving and enquiry forms, and how we use, share, and protect it.

Information we collect

We collect information directly from you when you interact with us:

  • Giving: name, email, mailing address, and payment details when you give — processed through FundraiseUp for general giving, or Office Made Easy (OME) for missionary giving. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.

  • Session and community enquiries: name, email, city, and whether you’re a church/ministry leader, when you fill out “Sessions near you” or “Host a Session.”

  • Email signup: name and email address when you subscribe to updates.

  • The Common Table: account details (name, email, profile information) if you join our online community, and anything you choose to post there.

  • Blog and general browsing: we don’t require an account to read the site.

We don’t knowingly collect more than we need to respond to you, process a gift, or keep you updated.

How we use your information

We use what you share to:

  • Process and receipt your donations, and send tax summaries where required

  • Respond to Session and enquiry form submissions, and connect you with the right team member

  • Send you the emails you signed up for (newsletters, Session updates, Common Table communications) and let you unsubscribe at any time

  • Run and moderate The Common Table community

  • Understand how people use the site, so we can improve it

We don’t ever sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running OneEleven’s ministry and communicating with you.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted services to run OneEleven, and your information may pass through them:

FundraiseUp: Donation processing and payment details

Office Made Easy (OME):  Missionary giving and payment details

Kit: Email newsletters and Session/Common Table updates

Typeform: Session enquiry and Host a Session forms

Notion: Internal record-keeping of enquiries (not public)

Mighty Networks: The Common Table community platform and accounts

Framer: Website hosting

Google Workspace: Staff email, internal messaging, and document storage

Zoom: Video calls connected through The Common Table (Mighty Networks)

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf. We only share what’s needed for that service to do its job, and we don’t ever sell or rent your information to anyone for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Our website and embedded forms (Typeform, Mighty Networks) may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Emails sent through Kit contain tracking that tells us when an email is opened or a link is clicked, which helps us know what’s useful to send. You can disable cookies in your browser, and most email programs let you block image loading to limit open-tracking, though some parts of the site, forms, or emails may not work or look as intended without them.

Other websites we link to

This policy covers information collected on oneeleven.org and through the services listed above. Our site and blog sometimes link to other websites we don’t operate. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so it’s worth checking their own policy before sharing anything there.

Children’s privacy

OneEleven’s resources and Sessions are built for adult believers and church leaders. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep donor records as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, and other information for as long as it’s useful to our ministry or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights and choices

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

  • See what personal information we hold about you

  • Correct information that’s wrong or out of date

  • Delete your information (except where we’re required to keep donation records for tax purposes)

  • Unsubscribe from any email list at any time, using the link in that email

If you’re in the EU, UK, or a US state with its own privacy law, you have specific rights under that law (such as the GDPR or CCPA), and we’ll honor requests made under it. To exercise any of these, just email us (see “Contact us” below).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OneEleven’s tools or practices change. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and significant changes will be noted here.
