These Terms of Use apply to oneeleven.org. They don't cover The Common Table, which has its own terms through Mighty Networks, or Sessions, which is agreed separately when you host one.
Using this site
This site and its content, including the OneEleven name, logo, and the training materials published here, belong to OneEleven Global unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read, share, and link to what we publish. Please don't copy, republish, or sell it without asking first. If you'd like to use something for a class, a small group, or a church setting, email info@111global.org and we'll almost certainly say yes.
Giving
Donations made through this site are processed by FundraiseUp, a third-party provider, or, for missionary giving, by Office Made Easy (OME). Their terms and privacy practices apply to that transaction alongside ours. See our Donation Disclaimer for details on how gifts are handled. Gifts are generally non-refundable, but if something's gone wrong, email giving@111global.org and we'll look at what we can do.
Forms and enquiries
Enquiries and sign-ups on this site are handled through Typeform or Kit. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is used.
Other websites we link to
This site links to services we don't control, including The Common Table, Typeform, and FundraiseUp. We're not responsible for their content or practices once you leave oneeleven.org.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep this site accurate and running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Everything here is offered as-is.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, where OneEleven Global is based.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, OneEleven Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content. This includes anything that happens on a service we link to but don’t operate, such as FundraiseUp, Office Made Easy, Typeform, Kit, or Mighty Networks. If you believe something on this site has caused you harm, please contact us at admin@111global.org so we can look into it.
